Refund policy
Personalized and digital items cannot be returned or refunded once produced, sent through email or downloaded, unless defective or sent in error. This includes the Comprehensive BAZI Report.
For physical, non-personalized products, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged.
Send photos and your order number to harmony@bazirella.com for review.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method once approved.
Refund & Cancellation Policies for the 1.5-Hour Live BAZI Consultation
I, Bazirella, value your time and energy as much as I value the alignment of stars, their branches, and stems. Life happens, and I understand that sometimes schedules shift — but clarity (and courtesy) helps keep our cosmic calendar in order.
🌙 Cancellations
You may CANCEL YOUR SESSION at least 24 hours before your scheduled consultation.
A full refund will be issued if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, and your personalized BAZI chart and written report have NOT been prepared and sent. If the report has been prepared and sent, different refund terms apply (see below).
If your written BAZI report has already been delivered (either digitally or physically), you will receive a partial refund of PHP 6,500.00. This amount equals the cost of the report (PHP 5,500) plus applicable taxes and dues. The remainder of your payment covers the consultation preparation and is not refundable once the report is sent.

You may reschedule your session up to two times.
Availability is based on my current cosmic (and earthly) schedule — reschedules are not guaranteed to happen immediately, so please plan ahead.

If NO CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULE NOTICE is received before the appointment, it will be treated as a completed session. My time was reserved exclusively for your reading — and as any master will tell you, energy invested is energy spent.
