For physical products, orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment.

Digital products are downloadable right after payment.

For personalized products, Metaphysics, Bazi Reading, and Feng Shui Audit services, we ask you to give us at least 72 hours lead time.

📍 Local Delivery: 1–2 days via J&T or pickup.
📦 Nationwide: 2–5 days via J&T Express.
🌍 International: Rates and timelines to be confirmed via email.
